Cynthia brings to Millennium a proven ability to build brand equity with a passion for building brand awareness, while driving project initiatives that enhance the client experience using both traditional marketing and digital platforms. She is ultimately responsible for the overall brand image of Millennium while driving a consistent brand message of Who Millennium Is in the local markets and on a national level.

Her pet projects have included building a brand strategy and elevating product marketing and training initiatives, a communications strategy for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, and leveraging technology to create a comprehensive brand experience.

Using her 25 years of sales and marketing experience, she is equipped to position Millennium and the Millennium Brand throughout their growth targets into the foreseeable future. Her marketing leadership has allowed Millennium to develop multiple technology platforms and process improvements that align and support Millennium’s core values. Her background with multiple brands and education is an asset to drive the Millennium Experience forward.

In her free time, you’ll find her heart and house full of foster dogs for a local rescue, sponsoring activities pertaining to animal welfare, donating her marketing skills to disadvantaged businesses and spending time in her local community, participating in mentoring programs.
